Folkstyle Post-Season
Our Post-Season Folkstyle Wrestling program is thoughtfully designed for athletes in Kindergarten through 8th Grade who are preparing for the intensity of the AAU State Tournament in Iowa and other premier national events. This training block lays a solid foundation—technically, physically, and mentally—for a successful competitive season ahead.
