AGW (Girls) Freestyle Practice

Girls freestyle development includes basics of freestyle wrestling, with technique covering takedowns, par terre top and bottom. We will use a mixture of technique, wrestling games and live wrestling to give the kids an overview of wrestling. This practice series will develop beginners and prepare advanced wrestlers to qualify for the Fargo National Tournament. Questions? Contact coach Roland at dustin.roland@ankenyschools.org.
